Sam put down his pencil. He wanted to give up. - I can't do it, he sighed. The teacher noticed and came over. - What's wrong, Sam? she asked gently. - I'm not smart enough, Sam said.
The teacher smiled and said, - Courage isn't about not being scared. It's about trying even when you are scared. Sam took a deep breath. He picked up his pencil again. - I'll try, he whispered.
