David and the dragon started their journey through the forest. They walked for hours but couldn't find the right path. David felt tired and worried. - What if we never find your family? David asked. - We have to keep trying, the dragon replied.
Suddenly, they came across a wide river blocking their way. David didn't know how to swim. - How will we cross this river? David wondered. - Maybe we can find a bridge, the dragon suggested. They began looking for a way to cross.
They walked along the riverbank for a long time. Finally, they found a fallen tree that could be used as a bridge. David was scared to walk across. - I'm afraid of falling, David said. - I'll be right behind you, the dragon encouraged.
David took a deep breath and started to cross the fallen tree. Halfway across, he slipped and almost fell. - Be careful! the dragon shouted. David managed to regain his balance and reached the other side safely. - We did it! David cheered.
They continued their journey, but the forest grew darker and scarier. David tripped over a root and hurt his knee. - Ouch! I can't go on, David cried. - You can do it! You're very brave, the dragon said. David stood up and continued, even though his knee hurt.
They soon reached a steep hill that was hard to climb. David struggled with every step. - I can't do this, David said, feeling defeated. - Yes, you can! Let's do it together, the dragon encouraged. Slowly, they climbed the hill together.
David felt exhausted and wanted to give up. - I'm too tired, I can't go on, he said. The dragon looked at him with hopeful eyes. - Please don't give up, the dragon pleaded. David sat down, thinking about what to do next.
Just then, an old wise owl flew down from a tree. - Why are you so sad? the owl asked. - We can't find the dragon's family, David explained. The owl thought for a moment. - Follow the North Star, it will guide you, the owl advised.
