Next, Bobby found a group of birds chirping happily in a tree. - Can I join your song? Bobby asked. - You don't have wings, they chirped back. Bobby's ears drooped, but he didn't give up. He wandered deeper into the forest, hoping to find someone who wanted to play.
Feeling very tired and a bit sad, Bobby sat on a fallen log. - Maybe no one wants to be my friend, he sighed. Just then, a wise old owl named Olive flew down. - Why are you so sad, little rabbit? Bobby explained his troubles, and Olive listened carefully.
- Making friends isn't always easy, Olive said kindly. - But you mustn't give up. Just be yourself and be kind, and true friends will come. Bobby felt a spark of hope. He thanked Olive and hopped off with renewed energy to find friends.
