Maria and her godmother went to see the big red buses. Maria wanted to sit on the top floor to see everything. But when she looked up, the stairs seemed very high. Maria and her godmother visited the park with funny squirrels. Suddenly, a squirrel jumped very close to Maria, making her giggle. Then they saw the tall guards at the palace. Maria wanted to take a picture, but she felt shy. - Are they friendly? Maria whispered to her godmother. Her godmother nodded and waved to the guards.
Maria felt tired after walking so much. She sat down and looked at the huge Ferris wheel again. It seemed even bigger now. - I don't think I can do it, Maria sighed, feeling small. Her godmother hugged her gently. Maria thought maybe it was too hard for her.
