Sara was at the supermarket with her mom when she noticed a strange robot, Mr. Standard, near the bottled water. A mother picked up a bottle with a broken seal for her child. Mr. Standard looked worried. Sara wondered why he seemed so upset.
Mr. Standard started waving his arms to stop the child from drinking. The mother ignored him and continued to hand the bottle to her child. Sara felt worried and wanted to help. But she didn't know what to do.
The mother pushed Mr. Standard away, but he didn't give up. The child's smile faded as the robot beeped loudly, turning red. Sara felt her heart race. " - Should I say something?" she whispered to herself.
Sara felt helpless and scared to speak up. " - Maybe it's none of my business," she thought. She turned away, unsure of what to do. But she couldn't shake off the feeling that she needed to act.
Suddenly, Sara heard Mr. Standard's voice. " - It's important to keep each other safe," he said softly. Sara realized she needed to be brave. " - Excuse me, ma'am," Sara said, stepping forward. " - I think Mr. Standard is trying to help."
The mother paused and listened as Mr. Standard explained about the broken seal. She looked relieved and thanked him and Sara. " - You were very brave," Mr. Standard said to Sara. Sara smiled, feeling proud. She had found her courage.
