Courage

In the bustling city of Belgrade, young Mika faces a daunting challenge when he loses his favorite cap. This cap, a gift from his grandfather, represents courage for him. Join Mika as he navigates obstacles, learns valuable lessons, and discovers the true meaning of bravery.

Mika, a 7-year-old boy with a bright red cap, loved exploring Belgrade. One autumn afternoon, while playing in Kalemegdan Park, he realized his cap was missing. This cap was special; it was a gift from his grandfather who had told Mika it would give him courage. Mika felt a chill run down his spine. He had to find his cap.

Mika searched every corner of the park but couldn't find his cap. He asked the park's gardener, but the gardener hadn't seen it either. Mika felt panic rising. What if it was gone forever? He decided to ask his friend Ana for help. They needed a plan.

Mika and Ana searched high and low, even venturing into the old fortress. But there were no signs of the cap. Mika began to feel hopeless. They checked near the ice cream stand where they had played earlier. Still nothing. Mika's heart sank.

Mika sat down on a bench, feeling defeated. Without his cap, he felt he had no courage left. Ana sat beside him and patted his shoulder. - Maybe we should go home, Mika. - No, we can't give up! But Mika's voice trembled. He was losing hope.

Just then, an old man with a kind smile approached them. - Are you looking for something? - Yes, my cap! It was a gift from my grandfather. The old man nodded. - I saw a red cap near the fountain. Mika's eyes lit up. They ran towards the fountain.

Sure enough, Mika's cap was lying near the fountain. Mika picked it up and hugged it tightly. - Thank you, sir! The old man smiled and nodded. Mika realized it wasn't the cap that gave him courage, but his determination and friends like Ana. - Let's go home, Mika said, feeling braver than ever.
