Henko's Tree Climb Adventure
Join Henko the bear on a delightful journey through the forest as she tries to climb a big tree. With the help of a wise old pelican that wears glasses Henko learns the lessons of wisdom and persistence and finally learns to climb a tree.
Henko loved playing in the forest with her friends, Bunny and Elephant. One sunny day, they played near a big tree. Henko wanted to climb to the top. But Henko couldn't reach the first branch. She felt sad. How could she climb the tree?
Henko tried to jump, but she slipped and fell. Bunny hopped over to help. - Are you okay? Bunny asked. - I can't reach, Henko sighed. Elephant tried to lift Henko, but it didn't work.
Henko looked at the tree and tried to think of another way. Bunny suggested making a ladder with sticks. They gathered sticks but they broke when Henko stepped on them. - This isn't working, Henko said. Elephant suggested using a rope, but they didn't have one.
Henko sat down, feeling upset. - Maybe I should give up, Henko said sadly. Bunny patted Henko's back. - Don't worry, we'll find a way, Bunny encouraged. But Henko felt tired and unsure.
Just then, an old pelican with glasses landed nearby. - You can do it, said the Pelican. - How? Henko asked with doubt. The Pelican showed Henko how to use her paws and claws to grip the bark. Suddenly, Henko felt ready to try again.
Henko tried climbing the tree again. She used her paws like the Pelican showed. Slowly, she climbed higher and higher. - I'm doing it! Henko cheered. She reached the top, feeling proud and happy.
