Benny and the Big Red Ball

One sunny morning, Benny the bunny found a big red ball in the meadow. It was the shiniest thing he had ever seen! His heart raced with excitement as he imagined all the fun he could have. But there was one small problem—the ball was stuck between two big rocks. Benny wanted to play with it so badly! He knew he had to find a way to free it.

Benny tried to push the ball with all his might, but it wouldn’t budge. He even tried jumping on top of it to make it move. Nothing worked! Benny's ears drooped as he sat down, puzzled. He wanted the ball to roll like the wind across the meadow. - Why won't it move? Benny wondered, looking at the ball sadly.

Benny thought of using a stick to pry the ball free. He searched high and low until he found a perfect one. But as he wedged the stick under the ball, it snapped in two! Benny sighed in frustration. - This is harder than I thought, he muttered to himself. Yet, his curiosity kept him determined to solve the problem.

Feeling defeated, Benny sat down, his fluffy tail drooping. He thought about giving up when his friend, Squeaky the squirrel, scampered over. - What's wrong, Benny? asked Squeaky. - I can't get the ball to move, Benny replied. Squeaky scratched his little head. - Maybe we can think of something together, Squeaky suggested.

Squeaky had an idea. - Let's use teamwork! Squeaky exclaimed. Together, they pushed and pulled with all their might. Slowly, the ball began to wiggle free. Benny's eyes sparkled with hope. - It's moving! Benny shouted, his heart filling with joy. Finally, the ball rolled out from the rocks!

With the ball finally free, Benny and Squeaky laughed and played all afternoon. They rolled the ball back and forth, giggling with delight. Benny realized that sometimes you need a friend to help solve big problems. - Thank you, Squeaky! I couldn't have done it without you, Benny said, full of gratitude. As the sun set, Benny knew he had learned something important—wisdom comes from working together.
