Binky started his search by hopping to the big oak tree where Bella last played. He looked under the leaves and around the roots. But there was no toy to be found. Binky felt a bit worried. He didn't want Bella to be sad.
- Maybe it's near the pond, Binky thought. He hopped over to the pond and looked around the water's edge. Binky even asked the frogs if they had seen the toy. But the frogs shook their heads. Binky was starting to feel tired.
- I can't find it anywhere, Binky sighed. He decided to take a break and think. Binky sat on a rock and looked around. Just then, a gentle breeze blew and made him feel a little better. He knew he couldn't give up.
Binky decided to ask other animals if they had seen Bella's toy. He talked to the birds in the trees. He asked the cats on the fence. But no one had seen the toy. Binky was feeling very sad. He didn't know what else to do.
- I can't do it, Binky said, feeling very down. He thought about giving up. But then he remembered Bella's sad face. Binky knew he had to keep trying for his friend. He decided to look in the park next.
In the park, Binky met Mr. Owl. Mr. Owl was very wise and always knew what to do. - Have you checked the playground? Mr. Owl asked. Binky's eyes lit up. He hopped over to the playground with new hope.
Binky searched the playground. Under the slide, he saw something shiny. It was Bella's toy! Binky was so happy. He quickly hopped back to Bella to give her the toy. Bella was overjoyed and hugged Binky tightly. They both learned the importance of helping friends and never giving up.
