Brincando nas Nuvens

Honesty Pixar style

Davi, a young boy with autism, dreams of playing among the clouds at his grandparents' farm. But his dream faces many obstacles, and Davi must learn the importance of honesty to achieve it.

Davi loved visiting his grandparents' farm. He often dreamed of playing among the clouds. One day, he told his grandma, 'I want to play in the clouds!' Grandma smiled and said, 'That sounds like a wonderful dream, Davi.' But Davi didn't know how to get there.

Davi thought hard about how to reach the clouds. He asked his grandpa, 'Can you help me reach the clouds?' Grandpa chuckled, 'That's a tough one, Davi. But let's try to figure it out together.' They decided to build a tall ladder.

Davi and Grandpa collected wood and nails to build the ladder. Davi was excited and worked very hard. But when they finished, the ladder wasn't tall enough. 'It's not high enough,' Davi said sadly. 'We'll need to find another way,' Grandpa replied.

The next day, Davi tried to build a hot air balloon. He found an old basket and some balloons. He filled the balloons with air, but they didn't lift him up. 'Why isn't it working?' Davi asked, feeling frustrated. 'We need something stronger,' Grandpa said.

Davi decided to make wings to fly up to the clouds. He used cardboard and feathers he found around the farm. He flapped the wings, but he couldn't lift off the ground. 'This is so hard!' Davi exclaimed. 'Don't give up, Davi,' Grandpa encouraged.

Davi tried one more time to reach the clouds by climbing the tallest tree on the farm. He climbed higher and higher, but he still couldn't reach the clouds. 'It's too high, and I'm getting scared,' Davi said. Grandpa helped him climb down safely.

After so many failures, Davi felt like giving up. 'I'll never play in the clouds,' he said, feeling sad. Grandma saw him sitting alone and came to talk. 'What's wrong, Davi?' she asked gently. 'I can't reach the clouds,' Davi replied.

Grandma thought for a moment and said, 'Maybe you don't need to reach the clouds to play in them. Sometimes, dreams can come true in different ways.' Davi was curious. 'What do you mean, Grandma?' he asked. 'Let's find out together,' she answered.

Grandma took Davi to the attic and opened an old trunk. 'What's in there?' Davi asked. 'Something magical,' Grandma replied. Inside the trunk were white sheets, pillows, and cotton. 'Let's create our own clouds,' she suggested.

Davi and Grandma spread the sheets and pillows on the floor, making a big fluffy cloud. 'This is fun!' Davi said, laughing. They added cotton to make it even fluffier. 'Now you can play in the clouds,' Grandma said. 'Thank you, Grandma!' Davi exclaimed.

Davi played on his homemade cloud, feeling happy. But soon, he noticed some cotton pieces were missing. 'Where did they go?' he wondered. He found them in a corner, but they were dirty. 'I should have been more careful,' Davi thought.

Davi realized he needed to be honest about losing the cotton. He went to Grandma and said, 'I'm sorry I lost some cotton.' Grandma smiled and said, 'Thank you for being honest, Davi. Let's clean it together.' They cleaned the cotton and fixed the cloud.

After cleaning the cotton, Davi's cloud was fluffy again. 'It looks even better now,' Davi said proudly. 'Honesty makes everything better,' Grandma said. Davi felt proud of himself for being honest. 'I love playing in my cloud,' he said.

The next day, Davi invited his friends to play in his cloud. 'Wow, this is so cool!' his friend Ana said. 'How did you make it?' Pedro asked. 'With lots of help from my grandparents,' Davi replied. They all played happily together.

While playing, Davi remembered the importance of honesty. 'I need to be honest with my friends too,' he thought. He told them about losing the cotton and how he fixed it. 'It's good to be honest,' Ana said. 'Yes, it is,' Davi replied with a smile.

Davi's cloud became the favorite play area on the farm. He learned that dreams can come true in different ways. 'I love my cloud,' Davi said. 'And I love that you were honest,' Grandma replied. Davi hugged his grandma and felt happy and proud.
