Changes Within

Courage Pixar style

Hope, a 10-year-old girl with short curly hair and purple glasses, faces a crisis of confidence when she musters the courage to audition for the school play in Miami. Along the way, she faces numerous obstacles that shake her self-belief, but with determination and the help of friends, she discovers the courage within herself to overcome her fears.

Hope always loved acting, but she had never performed in front of an audience. One day, her teacher announced auditions for the school play. Hope's heart raced with excitement, but also with fear. What if she wasn't good enough? What if she forgot her lines?

Hope decided to audition, but she felt a knot in her stomach. She practiced her lines in front of the mirror every day. When the day of the audition arrived, she felt more scared than ever. She took a deep breath and walked to the stage.

As Hope began her audition, she stumbled over her words. The other kids snickered, making her feel even worse. She finished her lines and quickly left the stage, her face red with embarrassment.

- I can't believe I messed up so badly, Hope said to her friend Mia. - You were brave to try, Mia replied. The next day, Hope found out she didn't get the part she wanted. Her heart sank, but she was determined to try again.

Hope decided to audition for a smaller role. She practiced even harder this time. But during the second audition, she tripped over a prop and fell. The audience gasped, and Hope felt tears welling up in her eyes.

- Why does this keep happening to me? Hope cried to her mom. - Sometimes things don't go as planned, but that doesn't mean you should give up, her mom said. Hope wiped her tears and nodded. She knew her mom was right, but it was hard to stay positive.

Hope decided to try one more time. She practiced with Mia, who helped her with difficult scenes. On the day of the final audition, Hope felt a mix of fear and hope. She knew this was her last chance to prove herself.

During the final audition, Hope froze on stage. She couldn't remember her lines and felt all eyes on her. She wanted to run away and not look back. - I can't do this, she thought.

Suddenly, Hope remembered her mom's words. She took a deep breath and started again. This time, she spoke with confidence. The audience clapped, and Hope couldn't believe it.

Hope got the part! She realized that courage wasn't about not being scared, but about facing her fears. She smiled at Mia and her mom, feeling proud of herself. Hope knew she could do anything if she believed in herself.
