Daan loved looking at the stars. One night, he noticed a special star was missing from the sky. It was the Star of Wisdom, said to make everyone smarter. Daan decided he had to find it. He felt it was important to bring it back.
Daan started building a rocket out of cardboard boxes. Just as he was about to finish, the tape ran out. - Oh no, how will I finish my rocket? Daan worried. He needed to find more tape to continue.
Daan's friend, Alex, came over and said the rocket wouldn't work. - Maybe you should play something else, Alex suggested. Daan felt sad but still wanted to try. Then, the clouds began to rain, making everything wet.
Wet and tired, Daan sat on the porch. - I can't do it, he sighed. The rocket was soggy, and he felt like giving up. Daan thought about the missing star and felt very small.
Then, Daan's grandma came over. - Why don't you try again? she smiled. She gave him new tape and an umbrella. Daan felt a spark of hope and jumped up to finish his rocket.
With the new tape, Daan fixed his rocket. He counted down and blasted off into space. There, he found the Star of Wisdom, shining brightly. - I did it! Daan cheered, feeling proud and wise.
