After a long wait, Max thought he felt a tug on his line. Excitedly, he reeled it in, but there was nothing there. " - Oh no, I lost it!" Max exclaimed. His dad patted his back and said, "It's okay, Max. Let's try again." Max nodded, feeling determined. But the fish seemed to be playing hide and seek.
Feeling a bit defeated, Max sat down with a sigh. " - Maybe I'm not good at fishing," he said. Dad knelt beside him and said, "You know, fishing is like life. Sometimes we don't get what we want." Max nodded, thinking about giving up. But deep down, he didn't want to.
Just then, Dad noticed another family nearby struggling to catch fish too. " - Maybe we can help them," Dad suggested. Max thought for a moment. " - What if we share our food with them?" Max asked. Dad smiled, "That sounds like a great idea, Max!" They walked over to share their sandwiches and smiles.

Dad hugged him and said, "I think sharing brought us luck, Max." Max beamed, realizing the joy of giving.
