One day, all the lights went out in the castle. Rudy was very scared. " - What do I do now?" Rudy asked himself. He ran to the window to see if the sun was still shining outside. But it was night, and everything was dark.
Rudy decided to look for a candle. But the candles were kept in the dark basement. " - I can't go there! It's too dark," Rudy whispered. He tried to be brave, but his feet wouldn't move. Rudy felt like the darkness was too big for him.
Rudy sat down and thought about giving up. " - Maybe I should just wait until morning," Rudy sighed. He felt small and sad. The dark seemed like a giant he couldn't fight. Rudy didn't know what to do.
