Join Duku, a curious and adventurous little boy from Azerbaijan, as he embarks on a quest to find his friend, the wise sheep Sirab. Along the way, Duku encounters various challenges that test his patience and wit. Will he find Sirab and learn the true meaning of wisdom?
In a small village in Azerbaijan, there lived a little boy named Duku. Duku loved playing in the fields with his friend, a sheep named Sirab. One day, Sirab went missing while they were playing hide and seek. Duku was worried and wanted to find Sirab. He knew Sirab always had the best advice. Duku decided to search the whole village to find his friend.
Duku started his search for Sirab by asking the villagers for help. But everyone was busy with their work. Duku felt sad and sat down by the big oak tree. He thought, "How will I find Sirab alone?" Just then, he noticed a piece of wool caught on a branch. It was a clue!
Duku followed the trail of wool through the village. The trail led him to the riverbank, but the wool stopped there. "Oh no," Duku said, "Where do I go now?" He looked around and saw footprints in the mud. Maybe Sirab went this way!
Duku followed the footprints into the forest. It was dark and a little scary. "I hope I'm going the right way," Duku whispered to himself. Suddenly, he heard a rustling noise. He looked around but saw nothing. "I must be brave," Duku thought.
In the forest, Duku met a friendly bird. The bird chirped, "Looking for someone?" "Yes," Duku replied, "I'm looking for Sirab, my sheep friend." The bird nodded, "I saw Sirab heading towards the meadow." "Thank you, little bird!" said Duku.
Duku ran to the meadow, but Sirab was not there. "Where could he be?" Duku wondered. The meadow was full of flowers and buzzing bees. "Sirab loves flowers," Duku thought. But he didn't see his friend anywhere.
Duku began to feel tired and sat down by a large rock. "Maybe I won't find Sirab," he sighed. Just then, he heard a faint "baa" in the distance. "Sirab!" Duku exclaimed and jumped up to follow the sound.
Duku followed the sound until he reached a hill. But the "baa" stopped. "Where are you, Sirab?" Duku called out. He felt like giving up. "I can't find him," he said softly.
Just then, an old wise turtle appeared. "Don't give up, little one," the turtle said. "The answer is in your heart." Duku thought hard and realized he needed to listen carefully. He closed his eyes and heard the "baa" again. "Thank you, turtle!" Duku said.
Duku followed the sound and found Sirab caught in a bush. "Sirab!" Duku shouted with joy. "I knew you would find me," Sirab said. Duku helped Sirab out and hugged him tight. "I'm so glad you're safe," Duku said, feeling wiser from his adventure.
