Milo the mole lived happily in his cozy hill, listening to his friend Fieb the bird talk about the skies. Milo wished he could see the world from above, like Fieb. But there was a problem—Milo couldn't fly. He was determined to find a way, even though the ground was all he knew. His friends, Fieb, Nuss the squirrel, and Lilli the mouse, promised to help Milo see the world from above.

Nuss the squirrel had an idea. " - I'll carry you up a tree!" Nuss said excitedly. But as Nuss tried to climb with Milo on his back, they tumbled back down. " - You're too heavy, Milo," Nuss laughed, brushing off leaves. Milo felt a bit sad, but he knew they had to try something else.

Lilli the mouse thought of a new plan. " - Let's make a big swing!" she said. They built a swing from a leaf and tried to launch Milo high. But the swing only sent him back to his hill. " - It was fun, but not high enough," Lilli giggled. Milo sighed, feeling like he would never see the sky.

Milo sat quietly, feeling like he'd never see the sky. " - Maybe I should give up," Milo said sadly. His friends sat beside him, feeling his disappointment. They didn't want Milo to stop dreaming. " - We'll find a way, Milo," Fieb promised, but Milo wasn't so sure anymore.

Just then, Lilli found a big white handkerchief in the woods. " - It's like a sail!" she cried. They built a little hang-glider from the cloth and sticks. But they needed someone strong to lift Milo. Suddenly, a great eagle appeared. " - I can help," the eagle said, surprising them all.

The eagle gently lifted Milo into the sky. " - I'm flying!" Milo cheered. He saw rivers, fields, and the endless blue sky. It was more beautiful than he imagined. When Milo landed, his friends cheered. " - Thank you for helping me see the sky," Milo said happily, knowing he had the best friends ever.
