Emily found her friend Ardi sitting on a bench, looking glum. - Why is the playground closed? Emily asked. - Some friends argued about which game to play, Ardi explained. Emily frowned. She wanted everyone to play together, but nobody seemed to agree. This was her first big obstacle.
Emily decided to talk to all her friends. She found Mira and Lira still upset. - I want to play on the swings! Mira said. - No, the slide is better! Lira insisted. Emily felt stuck. Everyone was still arguing and not listening. She had to find a way to make them understand each other.
