In a small town in Israel, lived a brave little boy named Or. Or had short blond hair and always wore a red cloak. He loved playing outside and looking at the beautiful pictures of light in the sky. But one day, Or found out he had cancer. This made him feel very sad and worried. He wanted to find the light again to feel happy and strong.
Or went to the hospital for his treatments. The doctors were kind, but Or felt scared. He wanted to find his courage. One day, he saw a picture of a bright star on the wall. He decided he needed to find that star. But he didn't know how to start.
Or asked his mom, 'How can I find the star?' His mom smiled and said, 'You have to be very brave, Or. The star is far away, but I believe you can find it.' Or felt a little braver. He decided to start his journey to find the star. But first, he needed to get better.
Every day, Or took his medicine and did his treatments. It was very hard, and sometimes it hurt. He wanted to give up. 'I can't do this,' Or said, feeling tired and sad. But then, he remembered the star. He had to keep going if he wanted to find it.
One day, Or met a new friend named Lior. Lior had also been very sick but was now feeling better. 'You can find the star, Or,' Lior said. 'You just have to believe in yourself.' Or felt a little stronger. He decided he would keep trying, no matter how hard it was.
Or faced many more obstacles. Sometimes, he felt very weak and tired. 'I don't think I can do this,' Or said one day. But then, he saw his red cloak hanging by the bed. It reminded him of his courage. 'I can't give up now,' Or thought.
One night, Or had a dream. In his dream, the bright star came to him and said, 'You are very brave, Or. Keep believing in yourself.' Or woke up feeling strong. He knew what he had to do. He had to keep fighting and never give up.
Finally, after many treatments, Or started feeling better. He was able to go outside and look at the sky again. There, he saw the bright star shining down on him. 'I found it!' Or shouted with joy. He knew now that he was very brave and could face anything. Or smiled and felt the light inside him.
