Scarlett held her fishing rod tightly. " - What if the fish don't like me?" she asked her mom. Her mom smiled and said, " - Just be patient, my dear." But Scarlett's worm kept slipping off the hook. How would she ever catch a fish this way?
Scarlett tried again and again. " - This is harder than I thought," she sighed. Her dad chuckled, " - Don't give up, Scarlett." But the fish weren't biting, and her arms were getting tired. She felt a little sad. Maybe fishing wasn't for her.
Scarlett let out a big sigh. " - Maybe I should stop," she whispered. Her mom hugged her and said, " - Sometimes it's okay to rest." Scarlett watched the water. " - I just wanted to catch a big fish," she thought.
