Greg loved his treehouse, high up in the old oak tree. But today, something was different. A strong wind had blown away his favorite Spiderman comic book. Without it, Greg felt sad and worried. He needed the comic to imagine his superhero adventures. - "I have to find it," Greg said to himself. The wind had carried it far away, and he knew it would be a big challenge.
Greg climbed up to his treehouse to start his search. He looked around but couldn't find any trace of the comic book. Suddenly, a gust of wind blew his glasses off his nose. Without them, everything was blurry. - "Oh no, not my glasses too!" Greg exclaimed. He felt like the world was spinning, making his search even harder.
Greg bravely went down the treehouse ladder, squinting as he searched for his glasses. As he reached the ground, he tripped over a rock and fell. - "Ouch!" Greg cried, feeling a bit scared. He stood up, dusted himself off, and continued. But his heart was heavy with the thought of never finding his comic book.
Greg sat down, feeling defeated. Without his glasses and comic book, he didn't feel like a superhero at all. For a moment, he thought about giving up and going back inside. - "Maybe it's lost forever," he whispered sadly. But deep inside, he knew he had to keep trying.
Just then, Greg heard a gentle voice. It was his neighbor, Mrs. Thompson, who always wore a friendly smile. - "Why the long face, Greg?" she asked kindly. Greg told her about his lost comic book and glasses. Mrs. Thompson thought for a moment. - "Have courage, dear. The wind always returns what it borrows," she said, pointing to a spot near the tree. There, shining in the sunlight, were his glasses.
