Hanna's Adventure at the Pool

Charity Pixar style

Hanna, a 12-year-old girl with a love for adventure, faces a big challenge when she tries to help her friends at the local pool in Stockholm. She quickly learns that charity and kindness can overcome any obstacle, but not without a few struggles along the way.

Hanna loved swimming at the local pool in Stockholm. One sunny day, she discovered that some kids couldn't afford swimming lessons. Hanna wanted to help but wasn't sure how. She knew this was a big problem because everyone should learn how to swim safely. The pool manager said they needed money to sponsor the lessons. Hanna decided she would find a way to raise the money.

Hanna's first idea was to organize a charity swim race. She told her best friend, Mia, about her plan. Mia thought it was a great idea but worried about getting enough participants. They needed at least 20 kids to join the race. Hanna felt determined to make it work. She started making posters to put around the neighborhood.

As the day of the race approached, Hanna faced another problem. Only ten kids had signed up. She felt frustrated and worried. Mia tried to cheer her up but was also concerned. They decided to go door-to-door to invite more kids. Still, they weren’t sure if they would get enough participants.

The night before the race, Hanna felt like giving up. She lay in bed, staring at the ceiling. She didn’t think they could get enough kids to join. Mia called her to talk. - Maybe we should cancel, Hanna said. - No way, Mia replied. - We have to at least try. Hanna realized Mia was right and decided to go ahead with the race.

On the day of the race, something amazing happened. As the race was about to start, more kids showed up. Many of them had heard about the cause and wanted to help. The pool was filled with excitement and laughter. Hanna felt a surge of hope and joy. - We did it, Mia! Hanna exclaimed. - I knew we could, Mia replied, smiling.

The charity swim race was a huge success. They raised enough money to sponsor swimming lessons for all the kids who needed them. The pool manager thanked Hanna and Mia for their hard work. - You girls did something wonderful, he said. Hanna felt proud and happy. She learned that with determination and a little help from friends, you can make a big difference.
