Hanna's Waterfun

Hanna was walking along the sunny beach of New with her mom. The waves crashed gently onto the shore, and the salty breeze ruffled her short hair. Hanna had an adventurous spirit and loved exploring new things. Suddenly, she had an idea. She turned to her mom and said, - How would it feel to get in the water with my clothes on?
Hanna's mom looked surprised and then smiled. - It would feel strange, but fun, she replied. - But your jeans and long-sleeve shirt will get soaked. Hanna giggled and started to run towards the water. However, she stopped short when she saw a sign that read 'No swimming in clothes allowed.'
Hanna frowned and turned back to her mom. - Why can't we swim with clothes on? she asked. - It's a rule, her mom explained. - We need to follow it for safety reasons. Hanna felt a bit disappointed but didn't want to break the rule. She sat down on the sand, feeling the warmth on her legs.
As the day went on, Hanna watched other kids playing in the water. She felt a pang of envy and thought about sneaking into the water when her mom wasn't looking. But then she remembered the rule and her mom's words. - It's too hard to resist, she muttered. - Maybe I should just give up.
Just then, an older girl named Mia approached Hanna. - Hi, I'm Mia. Why do you look so sad? Hanna explained her dilemma. - You know, Mia said, - It might be fun to follow the rules and find another way to enjoy the water. Maybe we can build a sandcastle together instead. Hanna's eyes lit up at the idea.

Her mom joined in, and they all laughed and played for hours. - I'm glad I didn't break the rule, Hanna said with a smile.
