Lina is excited to have a new sibling, but when the baby arrives, she feels left out and worries about her parents' love. She must learn how to be a great big sister and find that there's enough love for everyone.
Lina was very happy. She got all the hugs and kisses from Mommy and Daddy. But one day, they told Lina something new. "You're going to have a sibling!" they said. Lina was so excited! She imagined playing and sharing all her toys.
Lina waited and waited for the baby to come home. Finally, the day arrived! But the baby cried a lot. "Why is the baby crying, Mommy?" Lina asked. Mommy said, "The baby is just a little hungry." Lina felt a bit confused.
Lina wanted to play with Mommy and Daddy, but they were busy with the baby. "Can we play now?" Lina asked. Daddy shook his head, "Not right now, Lina." Lina felt sad and lonely. She missed the times when they played together.
Lina sat in her room and thought about giving up. "Maybe the baby doesn't like me," she said to her teddy bear. She felt like she didn't belong anymore. It was hard to share Mommy and Daddy.
One day, Mommy had an idea. "Let's have some Lina time!" she said. Lina smiled brightly. They painted and danced together while the baby slept. Lina laughed and felt happy again. She realized she was still loved.
The next morning, the baby gave Lina a big smile. "Look, Mommy!" Lina cheered. Mommy hugged her and said, "You're the best big sister!" Lina felt proud and happy. She knew she loved her sibling too.
