Spark's Fiery Quest
Join Spark, the little blue dragon, on a courageous adventure in Kauai as he learns to breathe fire. Overcoming obstacles and doubts, Spark discovers the true meaning of bravery.
Spark the little blue dragon was playing on the sandy beaches of Kauai. Suddenly, he realized he couldn't breathe fire like other dragons. He felt sad and worried. " - Why can't I breathe fire?" Spark wondered. The other dragons could make big flames. Spark wanted to learn how to breathe fire too!
Spark decided to ask his friend Tiki the turtle for help. " - Tiki, can you teach me to breathe fire?" Spark asked. Tiki shook his head slowly. " - I'm sorry, Spark, I don't know how," Tiki said. Spark felt a bit more worried now.
Next, Spark went to ask the wise old parrot, Polly. " - Polly, do you know how I can breathe fire?" Polly flapped her wings and squawked, " - Try eating spicy peppers!" Spark ate a pepper, but nothing happened. " - What now?" he sighed.
Spark's wings drooped as he thought about giving up. " - I can't do it," he said softly. He felt like he would never breathe fire. But he still really wanted to. " - Maybe I should just give up," Spark said sadly.
Just then, a wise old dragon named Blaze appeared. " - Don't give up, Spark," Blaze said. " - Courage comes from within." Blaze showed Spark how to take a deep breath. " - Try it," Blaze encouraged.
Spark felt a warm feeling inside and tried again. He took the biggest breath he could. Suddenly, a tiny flame appeared! " - I did it!" Spark shouted excitedly. Blaze smiled proudly at him.
With practice, Spark's flames grew bigger and brighter each day. " - I can do it!" Spark cheered. He felt so proud of himself. The other dragons cheered for him too. Spark realized that courage helped him all along.
Spark knew he could do anything if he was brave. He thanked Blaze and all his friends. " - Thank you, everyone," Spark said happily. Spark flew over Kauai, feeling strong and proud. He was a little dragon with a big heart.
