I Am Lost
Laith, a curious young lion, ventures into the jungle and gets lost. Through a series of obstacles, he learns the importance of honesty and the power of prayer.
Laith, a young lion with light brown hair and brown skin, felt very bored at home. He decided to visit his friend Foley the elephant, even though his mother had warned him not to go out alone. Laith grabbed a map and set off on his adventure. As he walked deeper into the jungle, the trees grew taller and the paths became twisty. Suddenly, a strong wind blew his map away!
Laith tried to chase after the map, but it flew higher and higher until it disappeared. He looked around and realized he didn't know which way to go. Laith started to feel scared. The jungle was thick and full of strange noises. He missed his cozy home and his mom's warm hug.
Laith decided to walk in one direction, hoping it would lead him home. But the jungle only seemed to get denser. He stumbled over roots and heard growls in the distance. Laith's heart beat faster. He wished he had listened to his mother.
As Laith continued, he saw a river blocking his path. The water was rushing fast, and there was no way to cross it. Laith felt trapped. He sat down and began to cry. He felt more alone and lost than ever.
- What should I do? Laith asked himself. He remembered his mother telling him that God sees and hears everything. Laith closed his eyes and prayed, 'Please help me find my way home.' Just then, a friendly parrot flew down and perched on a branch nearby.
The parrot looked at Laith with kind eyes. - Why are you crying, little lion? asked the parrot. - I’m lost, and I don’t know how to get home, Laith replied. The parrot said, - Don’t worry, I will help you find your map. Follow me!
Laith followed the parrot through the jungle. They navigated around trees, climbed over rocks, and ducked under branches. Finally, they found the map caught in a bush. Laith was so happy he jumped up and down. - Thank you, thank you! he exclaimed.
With the parrot's help, Laith used the map to find his way home. When he saw his house, he ran to his mother and hugged her tightly. - I’m so sorry I didn’t listen to you, he said. His mother smiled and hugged him back. Laith learned that being honest and praying for help could guide him through any problem.
