I'm Afraid

Courage Vector style

Lily, a gentle and timid twin, faces her fears in a big farmhouse with the help of her adventurous sister, Emma. Together, they navigate challenges that test their courage and strengthen their bond.

Lily and Emma lived in a big farmhouse in a little village. One stormy night, a strange noise came from the dark attic. Lily was shaking with fear. - Emma, I'm scared! Lily said. - Let's find out what's making that noise, Emma replied bravely. It was a big problem because Lily was too afraid to even think about going up there.

Emma took Lily by the hand, and they walked towards the attic stairs. But the steps creaked loudly, making Lily jump. - I can't do it, Lily whispered. - You can hold my hand tighter, Emma encouraged her. They looked at each other, knowing they had to be brave together.

As they climbed, a sudden gust of wind blew open a window, sending a chilling breeze through the hall. Lily froze in place, too scared to move. - What if there's a ghost? Lily worried. - There's no ghost, Emma assured her. But Lily's feet wouldn't budge, and she almost turned back.

Lily sat down on the steps, feeling defeated. - I can't do it, Emma. It's too scary, she sighed. Emma sat beside her, thinking hard. - Maybe we should ask for help, Emma suggested. They sat quietly, unsure of what to do next. Lily felt like she would never be brave enough.

Just then, their cat Muffin came meowing down the stairs. - Muffin, you're so brave! Lily exclaimed. Emma smiled and said, - If Muffin can do it, so can we! Lily felt a spark of courage. Holding Emma's hand tightly, she stood up, ready to try again.

Together, Lily and Emma reached the attic door. Inside, they found a loose shutter flapping in the wind. - That's the noise! Lily said with relief. Emma fixed the shutter, and everything was quiet again. - We did it! Lily cheered, feeling proud of her bravery.
