Isaac

Isaac lived in a small village in Palestine. One day, he found a beautiful, shiny ring on his way to the market. He was excited but also worried. The ring looked very valuable, and he knew someone must be missing it. Isaac had to decide whether to keep the ring or find its owner.

Isaac decided to look for the ring's owner. He asked the villagers if they had lost a ring, but no one claimed it. Feeling a bit discouraged, he continued his search. Isaac knew he couldn't give up easily. He had to be honest and return the ring to its rightful owner.

Isaac faced more obstacles. He went to the nearby town to ask around. The townspeople were busy with their own lives and didn't pay much attention to him. Isaac felt ignored and tired. He wondered if he would ever find the owner.

- Maybe I should just keep the ring, Isaac thought sadly. - No one seems to care. But deep down, he knew he couldn't give up. Isaac sat down on a bench, feeling defeated. He had always been taught to be honest, but this was so hard.

Just then, an old man sat next to Isaac. - Why do you look so troubled, young one? the man asked. Isaac explained his problem. The old man smiled and said, - Honesty is a rare gem. Keep looking, and you will find the owner. Isaac felt a new surge of hope and decided to try again.

Isaac went back to his village and asked the market stall owners again. This time, a woman recognized the ring. - This belongs to my daughter! she exclaimed. Isaac was overjoyed. He returned the ring and felt proud of his honesty. He learned that being truthful is always the right choice.
