Helene was a little girl with bright blonde hair who loved animals. One day, she wished very hard for a pet of her own. Her parents, who loved Helene dearly, said they would think about it. But something magical happened! Her parents turned into cats! Helene was very surprised.
Helene's kitty parents meowed and purred around her. She tried to take care of them, but it wasn't easy. - Meow, we are hungry, said Katzenmama. - Meow, we want to play, added Katzenpapa. Helene didn't know what to do first. It was a big job!
As days passed, Helene faced more challenges. The cats would climb onto the curtains, and Helene would try to stop them. - Please, don't climb there! Helene pleaded. But they didn't listen. Helene felt overwhelmed.
Helene sat on the floor with a sad face. - Maybe I shouldn't have wished for a pet, she whispered. She felt like giving up because taking care of her cat parents was too hard. What if they stayed cats forever? Helene felt a little scared.
But then, she remembered something her grandma said. - Always be honest and true, wise words will guide you. Helene realized she needed to be honest with her cat parents. - I really want to care for you, but it's hard, Helene confessed.
The magic words worked! Her parents started to transform back from cats to humans. - We're so proud of you, they said, smiling. Helene learned that honesty was the best way to solve problems. She hugged her parents tightly, grateful they were back.
