Agata and Juanito loved visiting the farm. One sunny morning, they put on their caps and ran to see the animals. But when they arrived, they noticed something strange. The animals seemed worried and restless. What could be wrong?
Agata and Juanito decided to ask the animals what was wrong. The cow mooed sadly, and the pig oinked in distress. They finally spoke to the wise old owl. - We have lost our special book of wisdom, said the owl. - We need it to solve our problems.
Agata and Juanito promised to help find the book. They started by searching the barn. - Maybe it's here, said Agata. But the barn was filled with hay and old tools. There was no book in sight.
Next, they checked the chicken coop. - Be careful, the chickens might peck, warned Juanito. They gently moved the chickens aside and looked around. But still, no book. The chickens clucked in disappointment.
Feeling a bit discouraged, they decided to visit the pond. - Maybe the ducks have seen it, said Agata. They asked the ducks, but the ducks just quacked and shook their heads. The book was not there either.
On their way back, they met the horse. - Have you seen the book? Juanito asked. The horse neighed and pointed to the orchard. - Maybe it's hidden among the trees, suggested the horse. Agata and Juanito ran to the orchard.
In the orchard, they searched under every tree. - This is hard, said Agata. They were about to give up when they saw a shiny object. But it was just an old tin can. They felt very tired and sad.
Agata and Juanito sat down, feeling defeated. - We can't find it, said Juanito. - Maybe we should give up, said Agata. They sat quietly, thinking about what to do next.
Just then, the wise old owl flew down. - Don't give up, little ones, said the owl. - Wisdom comes from trying and learning. The owl then gave them a clue: - Look where the sun meets the earth.
Agata and Juanito thought hard. - The sun meets the earth at sunset, said Juanito. They ran to the hill where they could see the sunset. There, hidden under a rock, they found the book of wisdom. The animals cheered with joy!
