Despite the warning, Liam's tummy growled again. Charlotte hesitated, biting her lip. But the muffins smelled so good! Soon, they both gave in and took a big bite. Suddenly, Liam's voice turned grumbly, and fur sprouted on Charlotte's arms.
Liam looked at Charlotte, his eyes wide. " - We're turning into bears!" Charlotte gasped and felt her ears turn pointy. They tried to speak, but only growls came out. " - We need to find a way back to normal," Liam said worriedly, his voice a rumbling growl.
Feeling hopeless, Charlotte sat down, her big bear paws in her lap. " - Maybe we're stuck like this forever," she sighed. Liam paced, his furry feet making soft thuds. " - We can't give up," he insisted, but even his voice wavered. They felt small and lost in their new bear bodies.
Just then, they noticed a glimmer of hope. A small bottle with a note saying, 'Drink me to turn back into a human!' Charlotte's eyes lit up with excitement. " - Look, Liam! This could be the answer!" she exclaimed. They quickly opened the bottles and drank the juice inside.
Slowly, their bear features faded, and they were just Liam and Charlotte again. " - We're back!" Charlotte laughed with relief. Liam grinned, feeling his human hands once more. They promised to always listen to warnings from now on. Hand in hand, they skipped home, wiser from their adventure.
