Eric was a little seed with a big dream. He wanted to grow into the tallest tree in the forest. But he had a problem: he didn't know how to grow. He felt small and alone in the big, wide world. Eric whispered to himself, - How will I ever become a big tree?
Eric tried to sprout by himself, stretching his tiny roots. But the soil was dry and hard. He couldn't push through. Eric sighed, - I need water to grow. Without water, I'll never be a tree.
Rain clouds passed by, but no rain fell. The wind blew Eric to a new spot, but it was shady and cold. Eric shivered, - It's too cold here to grow! He felt stuck and worried he might never grow.
Eric was tired and sad. Maybe he would always be a little seed. - Maybe I'll never be a big tree, Eric thought. He closed his eyes, feeling hopeless and small.
One day, a wise old owl perched nearby. - You need patience, little seed, the owl hooted. - Find the right spot with sun and rain. Eric listened carefully, feeling hopeful for the first time.
With the owl's advice, Eric found a sunny spot. Soon, rain fell, and Eric felt himself grow. - I'm growing! Eric exclaimed with joy. Over time, he became a big, strong tree, just as he dreamed.
