They search all around the house. Under the tree, behind the couch, but the stocking is nowhere to be found. Luna's mom says, - We must find it, or Santa won't leave presents for you. Luna looks up at her dad, who nods in agreement. But it seems like the stocking is truly lost.
Luna's dad suggests checking outside. They bundle up and look around the snowy yard. Luna's mom and dad are starting to feel frustrated. - Maybe it's gone forever, her mom sighs. Luna makes a sad little noise; she really wanted Santa to visit.
