Marcel was so excited to go on a safari in South Africa. But oh no, he lost his favorite toy, Mr. Lion! Marcel felt like he lost his best friend. He looked around and only saw tall grass and big trees. Marcel knew he had to find Mr. Lion. - I can't leave without Mr. Lion! Marcel said.
Marcel decided to search for Mr. Lion. But the tall grass was too high for him to see over. He felt so small and a little scared. - How will I ever find Mr. Lion? he wondered. Marcel took a deep breath and stepped into the grass. - I need to be brave and keep looking, he told himself.
Marcel walked and walked until he reached a big river. The water was too deep and wide to cross. He spotted a herd of elephants drinking water nearby. - Hello, can you help me? Marcel asked them. The elephants trumpeted loudly, but they couldn't understand him. Marcel felt stuck.
Feeling tired and sad, Marcel sat on a rock. He missed Mr. Lion so much. - Maybe I should give up, Marcel sighed. Suddenly, he heard a soft voice. A wise old turtle appeared beside him. - Don't give up, little one, the turtle said kindly. - You must find the courage inside you.
The turtle's words made Marcel feel strong again. - Thank you, Mr. Turtle! Marcel said with a smile. He decided to follow the river, hoping it would lead him to Mr. Lion. As he walked, he heard a rustle in the bushes. There it was! Mr. Lion was caught in a bush!
