In the midst of a sunny summer, two curious friends, Maria and Ana, discover an ancient book in their backyard. The book contains a puzzle that promises great wisdom if solved. Their journey is filled with obstacles, but they learn the true meaning of wisdom along the way.
It was a bright summer day, and Maria and Ana were playing in the backyard. As they dug in the garden, they found an old, dusty book. Inside, they read about a hidden treasure of wisdom. But the book was full of tricky puzzles! They decided to solve them together.
The first puzzle seemed simple, but it was harder than they thought. They had to find a special rock in the garden. They looked everywhere but couldn’t find it. Maria sat down, feeling frustrated.
Then they noticed a clue in the book mentioning a 'shady spot.' They ran to the big oak tree but found nothing. Next, they tried near the shed, but still no rock. Ana began to doubt they would ever find it.
Maria and Ana were tired and about to give up. They sat on the porch, feeling very sad. Ana sighed, ‘Maybe we’re not smart enough to solve it.’ Maria wanted to cry.
Suddenly, Maria's grandmother came out and saw them. She listened to their story and smiled. ‘Wisdom isn’t about never failing,’ she said. ‘It’s about learning and trying again.’ They decided to give it one more try and looked under the birdbath.
Under the birdbath, they found the special rock! Inside was a note that read, ‘Wisdom is in the journey, not the destination.’ Maria and Ana hugged each other, feeling proud. They realized they had gained wisdom by working together and not giving up.
