In Ottawa, two young boys, Max and Xander, face the challenge of learning to share while exploring their favorite places. They encounter obstacles that test their courage and friendship, but with some help, they discover that sharing can lead to the best adventures.
Max and Xander loved exploring Ottawa. One sunny day, they decided to visit the Cosmic Adventures playground. But Max didn’t want to share his favorite space rock. Xander felt sad because he wanted to play with it too. This made them both upset.
They climbed the play structures but Max kept his rock close. Xander tried to join but Max yelled, 'No, it's mine!' Xander crossed his arms and sat by himself. They both felt lonely and started to miss playing together.
Max and Xander then decided to visit the aviation museum. They saw an amazing plane and both wanted to play pilot. 'I want to be the pilot!' said Max. 'No, me!' shouted Xander. They both grabbed the toy plane and it broke.
Feeling defeated, Max and Xander sat on a bench. Max thought about giving up and going home. 'Maybe we can't play together,' Max sighed. Xander looked at the ground and felt like crying. They both felt like they had lost their best friend.
Just then, an old museum guide approached them. 'Sharing can be hard, but it makes things more fun,' he said kindly. He handed them a new toy plane. 'Try playing together. You’ll see it’s better.' Max and Xander looked at each other and nodded.
Max and Xander decided to give it another try. They took turns being the pilot and navigator. They laughed and had more fun than ever before. Max even shared his space rock. They realized that sharing made their adventures even better!
