Maybe it’s the Moon

Wisdom Watercolor style

In a cozy bedroom, young Malachi is puzzled by the mysterious bright light shining through his window. His curiosity about what the light could be sends him on a whimsical journey of imagination, where he encounters playful obstacles and moments of doubt. With the guidance of a wise old owl, Malachi learns a valuable lesson about wisdom and understanding, leading him to an enlightening discovery.

In his cozy bedroom, Malachi squinted at the bright light peeking through his window. "What is that shiny thing?" he wondered aloud. The light was so mysterious, he felt it must be something magical. Malachi decided he had to find out what it was. This was a big mystery, and he was determined to solve it.

Malachi put on his green glasses and climbed out of bed. But when he tried to reach the window, his long brown hair got caught in the curtain. "Oh no!" he exclaimed. He tugged and pulled, but it didn't work. The light kept shining, and he couldn't get closer.

He finally freed himself, but then stubbed his toe on a toy truck on the floor. "Ouch!" he cried, hopping on one foot. As he hopped, he bumped into his bookshelf, causing his books to tumble down. "This just isn't working," he sighed, feeling defeated.

Malachi sat on his bed, his curiosity waning. "Maybe I should just give up," he said, feeling a bit sad. He looked at the bright light again, wondering if he'd ever know its secret. It seemed so far away and impossible to reach.

Just then, a gentle voice whispered, "Don't give up, young one." Malachi looked up to see a wise old owl perched on his windowsill. "Use your heart and mind to see," the owl advised. Malachi felt a spark of hope and thought hard about the light.

With new understanding, Malachi whispered, "Maybe it's the moon!" He felt a sense of wonder and joy. "Thank you, wise owl," he said with a smile. The light seemed even brighter now, as if it was smiling back at him. Malachi snuggled into bed, feeling wise and happy.
