Mira Mermaid's Counting Adventures

Mira the Mermaid loved counting the shiny sea treasures she found with her friends. One day, she noticed some treasures were missing from her collection. " - Where did they go?" Mira wondered aloud. With a worried look, her friend Finn the Fish swam up to her. " - Maybe someone is taking them," Finn suggested. Mira felt a knot in her tummy and knew she had to solve this mystery.
Mira decided to find out who was taking her treasures. " - Let's follow the bubbles," she told Finn, pointing to a trail. They swam through a forest of tall, waving seaweed. But the bubbles disappeared! " - Oh no, where did they go?" Mira cried. Finn scratched his head, " - Maybe we need to look somewhere else."
Mira and Finn swam to the coral reef next. They saw a shadow darting between the colorful corals. " - Who's there?" Mira called out. The shadow vanished before they could see who it was. They searched the reef, but found nothing. " - It's like it's hiding from us," Finn said with a sigh.
Feeling defeated, Mira and Finn rested on a rock. " - I don't think we can solve this," Mira said sadly. Just then, their friend Starla the Starfish joined them. " - Don't give up, Mira," she encouraged. " - Maybe we need a new plan," Finn suggested, nodding at Starla's words.
With renewed hope, Mira and her friends decided to ask the wise old Turtle for help. " - Tell us, what should we do?" Mira asked. The Turtle smiled and said, " - Count the things around you, and you'll find what you seek." Mira was confused but decided to try.
Mira began counting everything she saw. " - One, two, three..." she said as she counted the fish swimming by. Suddenly, she noticed something hiding behind a rock. It was a playful dolphin holding her treasures! " - There it is!" Mira exclaimed in delight.
The dolphin grinned at Mira and returned her treasures. " - I'm sorry, I just wanted to play," the dolphin said. Mira laughed, " - It's okay, let's play together!" Finn and Starla joined in, and soon they were all counting and playing happily. Mira realized that counting had helped her solve the mystery.
