Next, Taj and Gucci went to the house library. Taj thought, 'Maybe the key is hidden inside a book.' She pulled out book after book, but still no key. Taj felt frustrated. ' - Why is this so difficult?' she asked. Gucci jumped onto a table, knocking over a pile of books.
Taj felt like giving up. She sat down on the house steps and hugged Gucci. ' - Maybe we should stop searching,' she said sadly. ' - But I really want to find the treasure.' Gucci looked up at her with big, understanding eyes. Taj felt a tear roll down her cheek.
