Ravi Miguel loved going to the park with his dad. One sunny morning, he asked, - Can we go to the park, papai? His dad smiled and agreed. As they were about to leave, Ravi's mom reminded him, - Remember, you must hold your dad's hand to cross the street. Ravi frowned, not liking the idea of holding hands.

On their way to the park, Ravi saw a big, busy street. His dad said, - Let's hold hands here, it's safer. Ravi hesitated, pulling his hand away. He wanted to be a big boy. - I can do it myself, he insisted. But the cars zooming by made him nervous.

Ravi saw other kids playing across the street and felt left out. - I really want to play, he said, looking at his dad. But the street was wide and full of cars. His dad explained again, - It's too dangerous to cross alone. Ravi felt frustrated and stomped his foot, feeling stuck.

Ravi sat on the curb and crossed his arms. - I give up, he mumbled. He missed playing in the park but didn't want to hold hands. His dad sat next to him and said, - It's okay to ask for help. Ravi sighed, feeling torn between wanting to play and being safe.

Just then, Ravi saw a little bird trying to cross the street. It fluttered nervously until another bird came to guide it. Ravi's eyes widened. - Look, papai, he said excitedly. His dad smiled, - See? Even the bird needed help to be safe. Ravi nodded, understanding the lesson.

Finally, Ravi took his dad's hand. - Let's go, he said bravely. Together, they crossed the street safely. At the park, Ravi played joyfully, knowing he had made the right choice. - Thank you, papai, he said, realizing how important it is to help and be helped.
