Rodion loved watching the big machines at the construction site. One day, he found a tiny key under his pillow. " - What does this key open?" Rodion wondered. He rushed to the site, hoping it was for an excavator. The problem was, he didn't know which one!
Rodion tried the key on the first excavator. Nothing happened. " - Oh no, not this one," he sighed. He felt a bit worried. Would he ever find the right one?
He moved to the second excavator, but the key didn't fit. " - Maybe this key isn't for any of them," he thought sadly. Just then, the sky turned gray. It began to rain, making it harder to see. Rodion felt his heart sink.
Rodion sat under a tree, feeling defeated. " - I can't do it," he whispered. The big machines seemed to laugh at him. His eyes filled with tears as he thought of giving up. " - Maybe it's not meant to be," he said to himself.
Just then, a wise old owl flew down beside him. " - Sometimes, things are hidden where you least expect," the owl hooted. Rodion's eyes widened. " - Maybe I missed one," he said, feeling hopeful again. He jumped up, ready to try once more.
