Join CiCi and her classmates on an unexpected adventure to Santa's workshop! When their school trip is interrupted by a broken bus, Santa himself comes to the rescue, whisking them away to his magical land. But as tensions rise among the children, CiCi must find a way to remind everyone of the true spirit of kindness and tolerance.
It was a chilly December morning, and CiCi was excited for the school trip. But as the bus rolled down the road, some of her friends started arguing over silly things. CiCi's heart sank; she wanted everyone to be happy. - Why can't we all just be nice? CiCi asked, looking at her mum. Her mum smiled gently, knowing that CiCi cared deeply.
Suddenly, the bus made a strange noise and came to a stop. The driver tried to restart it, but nothing happened. Some of the children began to worry and others complained they were bored. After chatting with the teachers, CiCi's mum made a call, to a very special friend. "Don't worry, help is on the way", she reassured everyone with an excited smile.
In no time, a jingle of bells filled the air, and a sleigh appeared, pulled by reindeer. It was Santa Claus, waving cheerfully. The children gasped in surprise and excitement. Santa leapt out of his sleigh and gave CiCi's mum a huge hug. "It's been so long since I've seen you old friend!" He said smiling with joy. CiCi's mum explained about the bus and the ruined school trip so Santa offered to take them to his workshop. "Can we really go with Santa?" CiCi asked eagerly. "You have to ask the teachers," Mum replied.
The teachers hesitated at first but finally agreed, too excited to miss such a treat. With a grin Santa let out a huge whistle and lots more sleighs and reindeer appeared. Santa laughed at the amazement on the children's faces, "it'd be a bit of a squeeze getting us all on my sleigh so I brought Santa Taxis for you all". The teachers split the class into groups and they all climbed into Santa's sleighs. They flew over snowy mountains and twinkling forests. The children forgot their quarrels, mesmerised by the magical ride. "This is amazing!" CiCi shouted, holding her mom's hand tightly.
They landed outside Santa's workshop, where elves were busy making toys. The children stared in awe as the elves waved hello. But some elves seemed unsure about the visitors. "Why are they looking at us like that?" CiCi wondered aloud. "We don't get many visitors", Santa said, "in fact the last one was my friend here", he waved at CiCi's mum. Eyes wide with curiosity all the children stared at CiCi's mum. CiCi's mum blushed and said, "It was a long time ago, when I snuck onto the sleigh on Christmas Eve."
Astounded CiCi stared at her mum, unable to believe she'd actually hidden in the sleigh. Her classmates began asking questions, and CiCi felt proud that her mum was such good friends with Santa. Suddenly the excitement turned to squabbling again. "Maybe we should just leave", CiCi whispered to her mum. But her mum hugged her and whispered back, "Let's see if we can help". She waved over Santa and explained what was going on.
Santa understood the situation and spoke kindly to all the children. He reminded them of the importance of kindness and understanding. "We must remember to be good to each other, he said with a twinkle in his eye". CiCi felt a warm glow and smiled at her friends. Already she could see they were feeling much better together.
With Santa's words, the children promised to be kinder and more tolerant. They shared cookies and hot chocolate, laughing together. As they climbed back into the sleigh, they felt like a team. - We'll always remember this day, CiCi said happily. And they flew back, united and joyful.
