Peter loved visiting his grandpa, Pap Pap, in Clermont, Florida. One sunny day, they discovered something was missing. " - The Courage Medal is gone!" Pap Pap exclaimed. It was a special medal that gave courage to everyone in town. Without it, people might feel scared!
Peter and Pap Pap wanted to find the Courage Medal. " - We must find it, Pap Pap!" Peter said. They put on their superhero capes and went outside. But there was a big problem. The yard was messy with leaves and toys everywhere.
They tried to clean the yard first. Peter picked up toys while Pap Pap raked the leaves. " - It's hard work, Pap Pap!" Peter giggled. Suddenly, they saw a squirrel running away with something shiny. " - Oh no!" Peter shouted.
The squirrel ran up a tall tree. " - We can't go up there," Pap Pap said. Peter looked around and had an idea. " - Let's build a ladder!" he said. But they only found small sticks. " - This won't work," Peter sighed.
They tried another idea. " - Let's make a squirrel trap!" Peter suggested. They set up a box with nuts underneath. But the squirrel was too smart and ran away. " - We need a new plan," Pap Pap said. Peter started to feel worried.
Peter felt sad and wanted to give up. " - We can't find it," he said. Pap Pap gave him a hug. " - You're brave, Peter," Pap Pap said. " - Let's think of a new way." Peter nodded, but he didn't know what to do.
