In the vast desert, a little cloud named Sunny learns to manage his frustration. When his feelings turn stormy, he must find a way to calm the skies and himself.
Sunny the cloud floated above the wide desert, feeling grumpy. "Why am I so mad?" he wondered. His friends below, the cacti and lizards, looked up worriedly. "Sunny, why are you so dark?" asked a cactus. "I don't know!" Sunny replied, rumbling with thunder. Everyone was scared of the storm he might become.
Sunny wanted to be happy like other clouds, but he couldn't stop feeling angry. "I just want to be bright again," he sighed. As he grumbled, a fierce wind blew him away from his desert home. "Where am I going?" Sunny cried. The wind was strong, and Sunny felt even more frustrated.
The wind carried Sunny over a bustling town. "Oh no, what if I rain on them and ruin their day?" Sunny worried. He tried to smile, but only thunder came out. "Stop being angry, Sunny!" he told himself, but it was hard. The townspeople ran inside, afraid of the rain.
Sunny was tired of being angry and ready to give up. "Why can't I just be a happy cloud?" he sighed to himself. He felt like a storm was inside him, always ready to burst out. No matter how hard he tried, the thunder kept rolling. "Maybe I'm just meant to be a storm cloud," Sunny thought sadly.
Just then, an old, wise owl flew up to Sunny. "Why so gloomy, little cloud?" the owl asked kindly. "I can't stop my thunder," Sunny admitted. The owl nodded, "Let your storm out gently, then you'll feel better." Sunny took a deep breath and slowly let his rain fall. "I feel... calmer!" Sunny exclaimed.
Sunny listened to the owl and learned to let his feelings out little by little. "Now I can be a bright cloud again," he said happily. The townspeople came outside, smiling at the gentle rain. "Thank you, Sunny!" they cheered. Sunny floated back to the desert, feeling light and free. "I found my sunshine," he beamed.
