PJ loved playing with his favorite yellow car. One sunny morning, PJ couldn't find it anywhere. He looked under the couch, behind the curtains, and even in his toy box. PJ was very sad. - Where is my car? PJ asked his dad.
PJ's dad promised to help him find the car. But first, they had to clean up the messy toys. PJ didn't like tidying up. It was hard work. - I don't want to clean, PJ said.
PJ and his dad looked in the backyard. They searched in the sandbox and under the slide. But the car wasn't there. PJ felt like giving up. - Why can't we find it? he wondered.
PJ sat on the porch, feeling sad. He crossed his arms and frowned. - I can't find it, he sighed. He thought maybe his car was lost forever. PJ didn't know what to do next.

With the map, PJ retraced their steps. He found the car under a pile of leaves by the old oak tree. PJ was so happy! - I found it! he cheered. PJ learned that being brave and not giving up was important.
