The Dragon Who Didn’t Like to Brush His Teeth

Courage Pixar style

In the suburbs of Paris, a curious girl named Sam meets a dragon who loves sweets but fears brushing his teeth. Together, they face challenges and discover the courage to turn an unpleasant chore into a magical adventure.

Sam loved exploring the world around her. One sunny afternoon, while playing in her backyard, she met a dragon who loved eating sweets. The dragon had a big problem: he hated brushing his teeth because he was scared of the toothbrush. His teeth were starting to hurt, and he couldn't enjoy candies anymore. Sam wanted to help her new friend.

- Why don't you brush your teeth? Sam asked. - I'm scared of the toothbrush and the foam! the dragon replied. Sam realized the dragon needed courage to face his fear. She decided to help him find a way to make toothbrushing fun. They would need to be creative to solve this problem.

Sam's first idea was to make a game out of toothbrushing. She showed the dragon how to brush his teeth while humming a silly song. The dragon giggled at first but quickly became scared of the foam again. Sam wasn't ready to give up. She promised the dragon they would find a way.

The next day, Sam brought colorful toothbrushes and toothpaste that sparkled like stars. - Look, it's magical! Sam exclaimed. The dragon tried to brush his teeth, but the foam still scared him away. Sam felt disappointed but determined. She knew they were getting closer.

Sam thought about what else could help her friend. She decided to tell the dragon a bedtime story about a brave knight who faced his fears. As the dragon listened, he felt inspired but still frightened of toothbrushing. Sam could see he needed one more push to gather his courage.

The dragon sighed heavily. - Maybe I'll never be able to brush my teeth, he said. Sam felt sad, hearing the dragon's voice so full of doubt. She didn't want her friend to give up. They sat quietly, thinking of what to do next.

As Sam watched the stars twinkle, an idea came to her. - Let's pretend the toothbrush is a magic wand! she said. With newfound excitement, they tried again. The dragon hesitated at first but then imagined brushing was casting a spell. Suddenly, the foam didn't seem so scary.

The dragon slowly began to brush his teeth, smiling as he did. - It feels like I'm casting a spell! the dragon laughed. Sam cheered for her brave friend. The dragon had finally found the courage to brush his teeth.

With clean teeth and a bright smile, the dragon thanked Sam for her help. - You taught me to be brave, he said. Sam felt proud of their adventure. They had turned a scary chore into something magical and fun together.

From that day on, the dragon brushed his teeth with confidence. Sam learned that courage could help solve any problem. Together, they continued to explore and find magic in everyday life. They knew every adventure would bring them closer as friends.
