- Hello! a friendly, puffy cloud called, drifting over to Ollie. - I’m Nimbus. Today’s the big day for the Cloud Race! Do you want to join? Nimbus was bright and playful, and Ollie felt instantly excited. - A race? I’d love to join! he exclaimed, climbing onto Nimbus. As they floated to the starting line, Ollie noticed some clouds looking uneasy.
With a clap of thunder, the race began! Nimbus flew smoothly, and Ollie held on tight, laughing as they sped along the bright sky path. The clouds raced past star showers that sprinkled the sky with shimmering stardust. - Look, Ollie, a cloud up ahead needs help! Nimbus pointed to a small, wispy cloud caught in a swirl of wind. Ollie’s heart raced. - We have to help! he urged.
Together, Nimbus and Ollie swooped down, steadying the little cloud and helping it find its way. - Thank you, the little cloud beamed. As they continued, Ollie saw another cloud lost in a thick fog, bumping into stars. - I don't know if we can help everyone, Nimbus, Ollie sighed, feeling overwhelmed. But Nimbus gently encouraged, - We can try, Ollie, and that's what counts.
With renewed courage, Ollie and Nimbus guided the lost cloud back to the race path. - You're amazing, Ollie! Nimbus cheered. As they approached the finish line, Ollie felt a mix of excitement and worry. What if they couldn’t make it in time? But Nimbus reassured him, - We did our best, that’s what matters.
