In the heart of the jungle, Little Elephant realizes his friends are feeling down. Determined to lift their spirits, he decides to give each of them a warm hug. In the bustling jungle, Little Elephant noticed his friends looked sad. The birds weren't singing, and the monkeys sat quietly. Little Elephant felt worried and wanted to help. He thought, "What could be the best gift to make them happy again?" Suddenly, he had an idea! "A big, warm hug might do the trick!" he said excitedly.
Little Elephant waddled over to his friend Monkey first. But Monkey was up high in the trees. "Oh no, how can I reach Monkey for a hug?" Little Elephant pondered. "Maybe I can climb", Little Elephant thought aloud. But his legs were too short.
Next, Little Elephant approached Parrot, who was perched on a branch. "Parrot, come down for a hug," he called. But Parrot was too shy to leave her branch. - I'm too scared, Parrot whispered. Little Elephant felt a bit sadder.
Feeling a little disheartened, Little Elephant sat by the river. "Maybe my hugs aren't needed," he sighed. "What's the point if I can't reach anyone?" he mumbled sadly. He watched the water flow and thought about giving up.
Just then, Wise Old Tortoise slowly approached. "Why so glum, Little Elephant?" "I can't reach my friends to give them hugs", Little Elephant replied. Wise Old Tortoise chuckled warmly. "Sometimes, you must ask for help," he advised. Little Elephant felt a spark of hope.
With the Tortoise's advice, Little Elephant asked his jungle friends for help. Together, they formed a pyramid to reach Monkey. "We did it!" Monkey cheered, receiving his hug. Parrot flew down with encouragement, and soon, everyone was hugging. Little Elephant beamed with happiness. His hugs brought joy to all.
