Ivan lived in the bustling city of Hong Kong. One day, his grandmother told him about a legendary dragon that lived in Victoria Peak. The dragon was said to bring luck to the city, but it hadn't been seen in years. Ivan decided he wanted to find the dragon and bring back the luck. But there was a problem: no one knew exactly where the dragon was.
Ivan packed his backpack with snacks and a flashlight and set off towards Victoria Peak. As he climbed, he met an old man who warned him: 'The path is treacherous, young boy. Turn back now.' Ivan felt a bit scared but decided to keep going. He thanked the old man and continued on his journey.
Further up the peak, Ivan encountered a dense forest. The trees were so thick that they blocked out the sun. 'I can't see a thing!' Ivan exclaimed. He used his flashlight, but it was still hard to find his way. Ivan tripped over a root and fell, scraping his knee.
Ivan sat on a rock, feeling defeated. 'Maybe I should just go home,' he thought. Just then, he heard a rustling sound. 'Who's there?' Ivan called out. A small, friendly fox emerged from the bushes. 'I can help you,' said the fox. 'Follow me.'
The fox led Ivan through the forest until they reached a clearing. 'This is as far as I can take you,' said the fox. Ivan thanked the fox and looked around. In the clearing, he saw an ancient stone with strange carvings. 'Maybe this is a clue!' Ivan exclaimed.
Ivan studied the carvings but couldn't make sense of them. 'I don't know what to do,' he sighed. He felt like giving up. The fox nudged him gently. 'Remember why you started this journey,' the fox said. Ivan thought about his grandmother's story and felt a surge of determination.
Suddenly, Ivan had an idea. 'What if I trace the carvings?' he thought. As he traced the patterns, the stone began to glow. The ground shook, and a hidden door appeared beneath the stone. 'I did it!' Ivan cheered. The fox nodded approvingly.
Ivan opened the door and found a cave filled with glowing crystals. At the center of the cave was the legendary dragon. It was smaller than he imagined but magnificent. 'Thank you for finding me,' the dragon said. Ivan felt proud and happy. He knew he had shown true courage.
