It was a sunny summer day at the zoo. Little Yellow Mixer was excited to help build a new gorilla enclosure. But oh no! The zoo had run out of cement. Without the cement, the enclosure couldn't be finished, and the gorillas had nowhere to live.
The zookeeper, Mr. Brown, was worried. - What will we do? Mr. Brown asked. - Don't worry, I'll find more cement, said Little Yellow Mixer. Little Yellow Mixer zoomed away to find more cement.
Little Yellow Mixer went to the construction site in town. But the workers said they had no extra cement. - What now? Little Yellow Mixer thought. Feeling sad, it headed back to the zoo.
On the way back, Little Yellow Mixer saw a big truck carrying cement. - Could you spare some cement for the zoo? Little Yellow Mixer asked. The big truck said it could not, as it was already promised to another project.
Little Yellow Mixer tried another construction site, but they were out of cement too. - This is harder than I thought, Little Yellow Mixer sighed. It felt like giving up, but it knew the gorillas needed a home.
Little Yellow Mixer drove to the hardware store. The store was out of cement too! - I'm running out of places to look, Little Yellow Mixer thought. It felt tired and worried for the gorillas.
Finally, Little Yellow Mixer visited a small, old warehouse. There, it found a few bags of cement. - Can I have these for the zoo? Little Yellow Mixer asked. The warehouse owner said yes, but the bags were very heavy.
Little Yellow Mixer tried to lift the heavy bags but couldn't. - I can't do this alone, it said sadly. It felt like giving up but thought of the gorillas again. - They need me, Little Yellow Mixer whispered.
Just then, a friendly elephant from the zoo arrived. - Need a hand? the elephant asked. - Yes, please! Little Yellow Mixer replied. Together, they lifted the bags and carried them back to the zoo.
With the elephant's help, Little Yellow Mixer delivered the cement to the zoo. The zookeepers quickly finished the enclosure. The gorillas were so happy in their new home. - Thank you, Little Yellow Mixer! Mr. Brown said. - It was fun to help, Little Yellow Mixer smiled.
