They started their journey into the jungle, but soon they reached a deep river with no bridge. Adam saw a boat nearby. 'Let's use the boat!' Adam said. But Rex noticed a sign that read, 'Ask for permission to use.' They hesitated, unsure what to do.
They decided to cross the river without asking. Halfway across, the boat started to leak! 'Oh no, we're sinking!' Adam shouted. They paddled back to shore, but now they were wet and cold. 'We should have asked for permission,' Rex said, feeling sad.
Feeling disheartened, Adam and Rex sat by the river. 'Maybe we can't find the treasure,' Adam sighed. 'We failed.' Rex nodded, 'It's too hard.' They almost gave up, but then an owl appeared. 'Why are you so sad?' the owl asked.
The owl listened to their story and said, 'Honesty means telling the truth and asking for permission.' Adam and Rex realized they needed to be honest. They went back to the boat owner and asked for permission. 'Of course, you can use it!' the owner smiled.
With permission granted, Adam and Rex crossed the river safely. They followed the map and found the treasure hidden under a big tree. 'We did it!' Adam cheered. They learned that honesty helped them find the treasure and made them happy.
